Continuous efforts and team work enabled us to offer "innovative machine" concept which combines productivity-accuracy-flexibility with ecological aspects called Green machine ECO Bend EB series. Operating principle of this machine is based on transformation of rotational motion to linear motion. In this case it is possible to generate large pressing force with low input force. EB series press brakes are driven via brush less AC servo motors to ball screw and machine movement is almost instantaneous add to that minimum reaction time which gives a much faster ram speed and back gauge speed-40 % faster productive rate is possible.
This is a perfectly ideal machine for small bends in series with high productivity and repeatability.

Gauging is the main concern while selecting a press brake and is key concern of all press brake operators. Depending on the geometry of the parts to be bend and their complexity, All backguage options are available as options.
EB series press brake is standard available with CNC X axis with Servo drive on ball screw guided over LM-guides with accuracy up to 0.1 mm.
Refraction is standard feature to minimize wear & tear of fingers while bending and to assist in reverse bends.

Heavy duty frame is fabricated from high quality tested steel to achieve strength and minimum deflections under full load conditions.
The frame structure has been optimized after various studies on different full load conditions. The frame is stress relieved to over come welding stresses to achieve better frame accuracy and life under full load applications.
